Default Troubleshooting the cause of the problem after checking all fuses

Hi, I really need help, I have Lexus 2007 LS 460. Everything was working just fine. It was running. No problems. I put brand new battery in it (checking that the connection was good). I also changed battery in the remote control key. Everything was working just fine. No problems. Except my steering was locked. I wanted to figure out how to unlock it. I decided to check all of my fuses. I checked under the glove box and under the steering wheel. I also checked fuses under the hood by the battery and in the trunk on the driver's side. Basically, I checked all of the fuses on the vehicle. After that everything stopped working except outside lights, hazard lights and seats controls. Everything else is dead (including the speedometer, radio, heating, alarm). It looks like car just went to sleep. I think in order to wake all of the functions up you have to possibly reset the alarm. Or maybe it has to do with bad fuse connection. I do want to let you know that this car does not start with an actual key. You have to press the brake pedal and push the start /stop button. Please help me if you know what this could be. I would really appreciate your time!
