Default how to turn this off?

My new clarion unit has a safety feature so you can only watch the tv when the parking brake is applied. The whole point in getting it was for road trips so other people could watch it while we travel.
Ive been trying to disable it and can't really figure out how. I tried grounding the wire that came off the deck and it didn't work.
Anyone know what to hook the wire to?

Here are pictures from the installation manual.

I believe you will need something like this (search on e-bay for item 3014058577). I looks like its only for the Alpine units, but I'm sure others are available.

Be careful when your driving

But actualy early today I was playing with it and all you have to do is splice a wire then hook it up to a ground. worked like a charm
