What about a lexus RX330 2005? LPS was available in these cars (not as comprehensive as say a 2010 RX) but still there are settings for door, lights, rear tail gate, instrument lights etc. etc.

Sorry about the late reply. Yes, those cars have settings, but they use a different (older) communication protocol that Carista doesn't support as of now. We're looking into adding such support in a near-future version of the app.

Thanks Carista. Have you got a rough eta for when this will be available (even a beta test). Keen to buy the app (just bought the Bluetooth elm327 for my car at least for diagnostics). Would certainly pay for the software once it supports my car.

Cool app...wished it worked on my 08 ISF, any time frame to when it could be available for the older models ?

We are still at the very beginning of our investigation of the older protocol. If it turns out that it's similar to the newer one and we can reuse a lot of the settings and infrastructure, then we'll probably have it within a month or two (at least in a beta). If not, it'll take longer (or it may turn out to be impossible via an ELM327, but so far it seems possible).
