Hi,
im looking for an inexpensive, Decent Dual Din with detachable faceplate.

I have a cheap XO vision XOD1760BT 7' DVD in it now and honestly, It is doing fine. The problem is, I live in NYC and I don't want my windows broken for this non removable radio. I want something that has a detachable faceplate.

I'm not a "car audio freak" so decent and cheap is fine by me. Does anyone know of a really good inexpensive one?

If you are looking to buy a used one, check the classifieds. I think JVC makes double DIN's with detatchable faces.

If you can't find a good one, get a flip out single DIN unit. Amazon always has Pioneer headunits at llow prices.

Are you just worried about people stealing your radio? I know a few shops that sell the factory stereo double din plates that sit in front of your screen.
