Hi guys i'm new to this forum and have a quick question about car audio. If i have an equalizer for my rca's do i still need a hi low converter when i hook up an amp and speakers? Im planning on keeping my radio stock. Thanks

More info needed -
It depends upon what output do you have on your radio (HU) and what input can your equalizer take.

If your EQ allows high level (speaker wire) inputs and gives you low level outputs (RCAs), then no you won't need the converter.
