Can I use female quick connects/disconnects on stock radio plug?

Default Can I use female quick connects/disconnects on stock radio plug?
Hello I drive a Toyota Soarer same radio as SC300, can I use these type of things to connect the wires from the original stereo plug into the aftermarket harness plug off my new head unit? If so what size quick connects would I need to fit onto the male plug connections from the aftermarket plug?
