No. A fuse is not a switch, so it won't be controlled by the radio. It will supply power so long as the fuse is in the slot. I suggest just adding a simple switch hidden somewhere unobtrusive to turn it on and off. Does require you to remember, though.
Oh alright, but will that turn the amp on and off with the car? Or will it be on even if the car is off?
The fuse may be switched by the car, but you'd have to test it. I highly doubt it will be (meaning the amp would stay on), since the radio is switched by the car, but similar to GM, it is run by a bus system, not a direct connection.
