Does anybody know if the stock "In-Dash 6-Disc CD Changer" on any Lexus model plays mp3 CDs? Or does it depend on the model? Highly doubt that though...pretty sure Lexus just uses the same stock model for all their cars.

I could have sworn they do, but one dealer told me they only play ACDs.

 

starting with 5th generation nav radio systems they all play mp3. that would be 2006 for is models and 2007 for the rest of the lexus models. certain players early on played them.one for sure were the 2003 up GX470 AND LX470 rear seat entertainment dvd cd players played mp3s
