CD Changer Jammed.

CD Changer Jammed.
I have a 2005 ES 330 with the Factory original Hi Fi system. The CD Changer is jammed and I cannot get the disk to eject. The dealer wants $385 to fix it. 
Can anyone tell me how to effect a quick fix or how to remove the CD Changer from the car so it can be walked in to a repair shop?
