Nav override won't work

Hi all, I have tried to override my nav so I can make changes. I have followed the instructions here as well on u tube to no available. It tells me to touch menu, volume, top left, bottom left, to left then top again. There should be another screen that pops up - none. Any help would be great.

what car? only thing i see in your profile is a 92 sc?

anyway it should be once your in volume you touch the top left, bottom left, top left, bottom left
