Why are you asking after the fact? It is hard to figure if you got ripped off without seeing the breakdown of what you paid. There are MANY cars out there that have $4Gs plus in installation only.
Anyway, I researched your equipment a little and came up with this based on a couple shops...
Clarion VRX925VD - $1,800.00 to $2,000
Clarion TTX7501x - $300.00 to $350.00
OZ Antenna - No idea
Quart DKD113 - $150.00
Quart DSD213 - $150.00
Audiobahn a4401q - $300.00
Audiobahn a2801q - $300.00

Total: $3,000.00 to $3,250.00
As long as you got a decent install (custom enclosure, flush-mount panels, etc...), you didn't do bad. If it was a straight forward, throw a box in the back and you're out in 4 hours, you got jacked. Also, the prices listed above are not "buddy-deal" prices, so there may be room for adjustment there.
A couple questions...You made a good choice by going with MB Quart, but why the Discus Series? My line of thinking is this: You have $2,100 to $2,350 invested in a great source unit and then you have MB Quart's self-proclaimed "entry-level" speakers.
Are you planning to upgrade? If so, and if possible, I would do it now instead of waiting. Also, and this is personal opinion, a five channel system needs equalization to fit the acoustics to your car. I'm not really familar with the ins and outs of the Audiobahns, but I am assuming they have built in X-overs (plus the Quarts have passive X-overs), which is good. But do you have any equalizer at all? If not I would recommend that as well.
I realize everyones goals and budget are different, and this was in no way meant to "tell you what to do." I just wanted to offer a couple opinionated suggestions.

To add to ricos post, you probably made out alright. There are a lot of variables, wiring alone might have been a couple of hundred bucks. Also, where is the sub(s)? I doubt your running components off of a 800w (D class?) amp.
the audiobahn amps he used was class AB amps. not D. id say by the numbers and prices posted u did ok. nice pick on the audiobahn and mb quart. how long did it take them to install it? thats a big question in this equation. also like sirsomo said wireing could be alot.
thanx for the replies. they started installation at 11am and finished at abot 6pm. they had two guys on the install and they rewired EVERYTHING. now that i have had the chance to play with the system, i am VERY pleased with it.
Check all your wiring...what size power cable did they use? It should be at least 4 gauge with 2 trunk mounted amps.
What kind of fuse did they use on it? It would need to be rated at approx. 150 amps, you can tell by adding up all the chasis mounted fuses on BOTH amps. The total is the size of the fuse you need up front less than 18" from your battery.
How did they go through your firewalls? Make sure you see this for yourself. Did they use a factory grommet? If they drilled a hole, did they use a grommet?
Check everything you can!!
I'm glad you are happy...that is the NUMBER ONE goal!
Todd
PS...The US soccer team needs a goal too.
