Default average cost to install.....

I know the cost would be different anywhere u go but im curious as to what I should look to pay if I was to install a DVD player, and two head rest moniters in my car, I know some kid who supposedly payed 3000's for his set up that he has because I guess he got the best moniters u can get, kenwood somthin i forgot, but I hope it's cheaper to get them then that, so if anyone could point me to a good source around michigan let me know thanks

Hmmm.. Well, this is just a guesstimate. If you get Alpine monitors for the headrest expect to pay around $450-800 each. Then to install them in the headrest might cost around $250 each. If you get the Alpine DVD, that runs about $1000.
S0:

DVD= $1000 est.
Monitors=$1000 or more
Install= $600 (DVD+Monitors)

Total: $2600 + or -

I really don't think you will be able to find it cheaper than this. Now, there are other companies that make cheaper audio/video stuff but why put that in your GS430. I would check E-Bay and get an idea of what other stuff is out there and the cost. But I wouldn't recommend buying from E-bay. Any good audio shop should be able to handle this project. If all else fails, go down to your local Cadillac or Chevy dealer and ask them who installs their TV's/DVD's in their SUV's. They don't come from the factory that way. Most dealers send them out before selling on the lot. GOOD LUCK.
