adding sub-box to factory radio questions
I have a 98 gs400 with nav and am adding 2 10s and an amp. to factory radio. I've already ran the powerwire and removed the factory sub. My question is, is there a remote wire somewhere that I can tap to in the rear already? and also I bought an amp with hi inputs and bought a hi-low converter. I don't want to run speaker wires from the head unit all the way back, so is there also wires that can be used to tap to for hi input speaker wires? I dont know if the factory sub wires are crossed over or not. I was going to splice the rear speaker wires and use those til I realized the rear speakers are in the door and I prob need to splice before its amped anyway. Any advice would be great or a how to link. I didnt find anything on this. Thanks in advance.

yea, everyone is saying that taking from AFTER the factory amp is fine,is it mark levinson or no?
I ran a remote wire from the passenger fuse box. it was a bit of extra work but seemed to do the trick nicely.
I tapped into the cigerrate lighter fuse
