Default Weird sound from speakers -- GS400 with Avic-D1

I got a Pioneer D1 installed in my GS400 a couple of months ago (installed by prof). Everything was fine, but I decided to disassemble the system so I could make some adjustments to the bezel. I re-attached all the wires (Power, AV, GPS Ant-in, FM Ant-in). However, when I turn the key to II, I hear a static sound from all four of my speakers. When I turn the key to start up the engine, the static sound becomes much louder (whirr sound), it sounds almost like a motor spinning very loudly. The sound occurs regardless of the volume level, whether off or high. I am still able to play audio fine and it works perfectly fine.

Does anyone know what might cause this? Thanks
