One of those units crapped out on me and I need to replace one or both. Figured Id ask for both in case just replacing the amp didnt work.

I know you guys have some laying around because of swaps. Hook a brotha up!

Its going in a 95 SC400 so any from the 1992-2000 era ought to do it

Pulled out the amp today, disassembled it and plugged it back in. It is definitely the amp. One of the 2 large capacitors inside has a short....or so it seems. I dont know a ton about internals. Hopefully I can get a reasonable deal on one. Otherwise Ill try and repair the one I have.
