I had an Avital alarm installed in my 98 GS 300 and when I auto-start my car the steering wheel does not telescope. If i start the car ith the key it will. I know that it has to do something with the chip in the key (I think!) but I need some help!!!!

anyone have this problem??? Please...any input would be great!!
