Audio mod question
Audio mod question
I am wondering if the stock head unit in '07 GS350 can be kept while doing various mods to the audio system.
Do you have to change the head unit in order to do the following mods...
Add (1) 12" sub?
Add amp to power at least the sub?
I know if I just wanted to upgrade the factory speakers with the same size and locations there shouldn't be a reason to change the head unit.
I just don't want to change the head unit because it is part of the other controls such as AC, Info screen, etc. Otherwise, I understand the value of a high end head unit.
