I was invited to participate in a survey regarding the Nav unit on my RX350.

Did anyone else get this invite?

I was very honest about it's good points but did not hold back on it's bad points. I saw it as a fine opportunity to blast Lexus for locking us out while the vehicle is in motion. In fact there were a couple of questions specifically asking about that.

If you have the opportunity please participate and let them know how frustrating it is to be locked out.

I'm probably being overly optimistic but I really hope they listen. I know my company takes our JD Power customer satisfaction reports very seriously....maybe version 8.1 or 9.1 will be unlocked
