I have a couple questions on a reading a wiring diagram.

In box #2, I read where I1 are splice points. Does that mean wires 4 & 11 are wired together than wired to wire 7?

In box #1, does pin 7 run to pin 10, than pin 10 continues on to pin 16?

Box#2 Yes, 4 & 11 are wired together than wired to wire 7. 4 & 11 are actually connected to 7, 1, and 16

Box#1 Yes, pin 7 runs to pin 10, than pin 10 continues on to pin 16 but the only important thing is that pin 7 is connected to pin 16. There could be lots of junctions between the two pins.
