Default disable factory alarm

anybody know how to disable or bypass factory alarm? i cant get my car to start

The first thing I would check is your battery. Make sure your getting 12 volts without the car running. Check to see if your battery has a dead cell. That sould be a good starting point.

well im not sure about the 12 volts i think i am getting good juice to the starter and heres why if i have somone turn the key and hold it in the start position while i disconect the battery cable i can get the starter to start clicking keep in mind that i have to off and on off and on with the cable till the starter stops clicking and start spining and start the car but i just can't turn the key to start the car when i do i get nothing? no click or anything all this started one day when i open the door and the alarm went off i put the key in the door and that did not stop the alarm i put it in the ignition and the stop the alarm but now the car wont start so thats why i was trying to find a way to disable the factory alarm? any info on this thanxs
