What DVD audio format is compatible with Mark Levinson?

What DVD audio format is compatible with Mark Levinson?
2008 RX 350, Gen 5 navi., Mark Levinson DVD/CD changer. The changer has the DVD audio logo on it yet when I inserted a DVD audio disc, the display reported "no music". WTF? The DVD is a multi format disc that includes the 24 bit/96 kHz DVD audio format and the 24 bit/48 kHz Dolby Digital 5.1 format. I didn't expect it to play the surround track but I fully expected it to play the stereo track. 
So what format is compatible with this player?
