Default >Stock Navigation messed up from system install???

I have an '04 IS300.

I got a system installed a few weeks ago, and yesterday, my stock navigation quit working right. The map is way off. It's not just from new roads not on the map or anything. It thinks I'm like in a city 100 miles from here, and it says I'm going North when I'm really going South. It is moving as the car moves, just not the right direction or in the right place.

The GPS indicator is not on either, so for some reason I'm not receiving the signal from the satellites.

Could it be an antenna problem? (I don't even know where the stock nav antenna is). Or could the bass from the system have screwed up the nav brain somehow (it's not a very big system)? If so, is there a way to fix this?

Any input would be much appreciated. I have the nav unit accessed right now and I was trying to figure out what I could try to fix it. Also, how do you get the map dvd out. I slid the open switch to the right and then is there something you have to do to eject it, or is it supposed to come out on its own?

check the antenna, make sure that it's plugged in

if the GPS indicator isn't on, then it's most likely antenna. the bass wouldn't mess anything like that up.

I don't know where the stock antenna is located. I've unplugged the plugs attached to the brain, and that did nothing.
