How many GS owners are running upgraded alternators for there stereo set ups?

any info on where to check for stronger alts for upgrading power would be greatly appreciated as well. the stock one in my 97 es 3 isnt supplying enough to satisfy my needs. ( quite **** about dimming lights)

Look at the toyota hylander alternator, it might possibly be a solution for the extra juice...

I dont neccesarily think a bigger alternator is the answer to your problem but you can find them here http://www.lextreme.com/allgo.html
or I am sure that Carson will have sometihing for you.
