Lay off the drugs and try typing in English.

But if there were wires cut, why not just reconnect the wires? And then, hide the alarm better. If someone was able to find the wires that easily, then someone didn't do a good job with the isntallation.

werd. what kind of compustar is it? there are a few different types, that will help determine if it's worth it to get a new one or not. most likely just reconnect the wires and hide the brain better. maybe add a better shock sensor, or adjust the sensitivity

One of my friends did his own alarm install. He unwrapped the OEM wiring harness and hid the alarm wiring thru that! Then he rewrapped everything and put it back together. He used black wires for all parts of the alarm wiring well. You might want to tell your installer to do that next time...although it might cost a bit of $$.....lol

Default re-install

I would suggest going to www.compustar.org and finding a local AUTHORIZED compustar installer and have them make any repairs or replacements instead of asking a group of people who may or may not know what exactly it is that you need ( no offense people..lol) As and installer, (compustar dealer, btw) I constantly find myself trying to fix someone else's poor install. also ask if the system u have can be upgraded to a two-way unit that will alert u if someone attempts to break in the car.

I would tend to agree. But the alarm has already been installed. If a few wires were cut, they should be easy to reconnect as he should just have to match color to color. But if he isn't capable of doing that, then yes. Find a shop to fix it.
