Can I Turn Off Voice Command Confirmation
I've got a 2013 GS350. When using voice command, after you give the command you want it waits for you to confirm with yes/no. I find this annoying and can't find a way to turn it off. I don't care for voice command that much to begin with and the longer it takes the less likely I am to use it.

Menu has an On/Off for Voice Commands but if you simply press the speech button
again quickly she will shut up. First press she begins speaking, second press you begin.
General guidelines for reducing "failure to communicate" situations include:
1) locate the microphone overhead by the sunroof controls, you do not have to
crane your neck and shout but do not talk to the steering wheel, be aware that
open windows, passenger chatter and HVAC fans on high will obscure the plainest
speech commands.
2) Say what you see (on screen) Press/Press/navigation/Address/... Press/Press/Call Mary Cell
3) Address numbers pronounced like a phone number, four seven eight three, not forty seven eighty three...
again quickly she will shut up. First press she begins speaking, second press you begin.

I'm not sure you're adressing my issue. I want to use voice command. I push the voice command button and say "radio" and then yes/no appears on the screen and you then have to say yes or no. I don't want to have to say yes or no. When I say "radio" I want it to switch to radio. When in the voice command screen I went into settings and turned off all the nanny funtions. Maybe that's what you're talking about.
The way it is now it takes much longer to do something than a button press, ex I want to turn the AC temp down and using voice this takes about ten seconds or I could just tap the dash button and be done in one second.
