I was very disappointed in the iPod interface controls. That's why i've got just a straight AUX input on me deck I routed the wire to come through where the ashtray used to be. I want to adapt one of the iDocks to fit in there so that I can just set the iPod in the cradle and have it all visible. I also want to figure out how to rig the stock volume *** to be an on/off switch for a charging system for the ipod...gonna be a PITA but could be pretty cool


Still lovin the install and you got a smokin deal on that unit

that would be a nice install. You could run the remote amp line or just the ignition line for power to a cigarette lighter plug. And palm makes a cigarette lighter to USB adapter which you could plug the dock into. That is the setup im working on perfecting right now

Knowone, That unit looks great, Very clean.
You dont see many SCs w/o leather, almost seems more exclusive to NOT have the leather. And i really like how it looks.- I need to tend to my interior soon ,i may consider the non leather.
Is that cloth Know one or suede?

I love cloth because it ages really really well. My cars a 1992 and almost all the seats still look brand new. W leather, I cant find an older SC w leather thats in really good condition
