1992 upgrade to 2002

[COLOR=Blue]Hey guys and girls, and anyone out there the Technicians and fabricators... I am customizing my 92 ES300. What I'll like to know is that what all do I need to do to install a 2002 ES300 gear shifter complete system on a 92 ES300 and have it work well.
