I have a decent stereo in my SC and noticed something over the weekend. I am running MB Quart seperates up front with the one inch tweet in the factory location. I had taken the factory grill off the tweet and noticed a huge difference in sound. I started looking at the factory cover and it has very small holes for the sound to escape and the holes only covered half the tweet I decided to peal the factory fabric cover off and dremel the plastic out of the middle leaving the outer part of the cover intact. Took about 5 minutes and simply folded the fabric back over the cover and the glue held as good as when I peeled it off. Now, much better sound stage

I strongly suggest trying this or at least take the factory cover off and listen to the difference.
