Great link :: System Design Assistant
This website is great for those who are unsure about power wire sizes and fuse sizes:

Nice. Looks pretty useful. We'll assume for now that the calculations are technically correct, until/unless we find a problem with it. I tried a few numbers and the results looked reasonable.

When I get time, I will be adding a wealth of audio information into this thread... keep your eyes open!

Check this for help.
*Mods I'm not sure if this is against the forum rules, If it is please delete it*
I found this site that is very helpful for anyone who wants to do their own Audio/Video installs, from building fiberglass boxes to kick panels and custom center consoles. security systems headunit installs, amp installs. http://www.the12volt.com/installbay/default.asp If this isnt against CL's rules I think it should be made a sticky! |
Noop, as long as it isn't for advertising and promotion and helps our members out its generally OK. I've added to an existing sticky for other linked resources.

Awesome resources for sure....
I use both DAILY! MIke |

After responding in another thread I think maybe this might be a good idea. I know most of the stuff here is DIY however I think that some members would benefit from recommendations of places were they can get good work done. As we know some places have more compatible installers for different components. What did you all think? Maybe its own thread?
Could follow this format: Location: City, State/Province.. I guess Country What they had installed. Installer if they remember. Rating i.e 5 out 5 or highly recommend. |
