The key that is designated for my alarm does not work. I've tried changing the battery but to no avail. I'm not sure if it is the key or something else. I would like to get this fixed but need some suggestions on the next best move.

 

is your car under warranty? Im not sure if this falls under warranty repair but take it in and see if a new remote will do the trick.
