I'm a nOOb to all the car stuff, so I have a few questions as to audio and electronics.

1. What exactly is I.C.E.?

2. I'm looking into putting a dvd/ tv /touchscreen into my '02 gs 3, I'd like it to replace my current oem radio. I'd rather have one that sits in the dash like a oem navi system (not like the motorized ones that pop-out). I've been told that alot of current makers nolonger make alot of dvd systems with the television function. What is a good brand and model that would fit into my car? How much would installation be estimated at?
