i have just started taking classes on fiberglassing in order to help a friend on his CRX...anyway we have 4 more classes left (6 total) and then we are going to start working on his car. But if it works out i plan on doing this to the sc400! has anyone done their own custom enclosures here? im kinda nervous ill screw up my car.

I am working on it right now on my car. My whole center console had a huge hole in it with wires everywhere. I sanded down the trim and bondo'd and all of that fun stuff. All turned out perfectly apart from 1 small part - so now I am going to start sanding and fix it. I have put too much effort into it for it not to be perfect.

I am basically winging it. I have never done it before but it isn't as difficult as I thought. I just read the back of the can and got to work!!

I don't have pics of the finished setup but click on the following link to see what i've uploaded so far. the outside of it was done with fiberglass but then we used duraglass. i used a lot so i didn't save too much weight but it is absolutely dead in the enclosure now
