I have a 98 GS300 with navigation and the current version of it is from Jan' 98 . I would like to upgrade my version to the latest one. I read on the threads that Lexus offers 2 free upgrades. Anybody know if this is true, if I can take to a local dealer and get the upgrade?

 

They did offer 3 free while under the 4 year warranty. As I found out if you didn’t use them then you loose them after 4 years. I complained that Lexus didn't specify the time limit and they gave me the 3 rd one for free after 4 years so I think you might be able to persuade them to give you a free upgrade as you never used up any.

 

i contacted my dealer, and they said they dont do it???? I have an 01' LS430???
