Please view the ABOUT us section on the site. It states that we are here only 3dyas per week for Online working. I am only Lexus owner here now and the only support and R&D for Lexus customers now.

This is one and half weeks of Email for Lexus owners alone. Also have to manage other work. Tony400 your tracking states tomorrow drop off at your home.

SC400-V8 , i havent any idea who you are. We do not sell wood dash kits.

this is workload for 2weeks

Altran,

Congratulations on your success and STOP WHINING!

If business is that good, add some staff to handle order processing and communication. Don't make your problem your customer's problem. If you do, posts like this will definitely hurt your business.

Continued success,
George

hello, Please understand I do not own Preferred Image, only manage a few of their accounts. sc400tuner and new GS site are personal project that I took over for Miss Emerald. I am trying to show that this project will be of some good to the owners.

Not whining,That is why i hope for people to read whole site. can only dedicate 3 days of 7 to Lexus work with one other worker.

Thank you for advice, I understand but my hands tied for few more months.

the filler is a good non expensive mod when installing a deck. im not sure about all the others that were made, but my filler had oil/grease stains on it. i tried to clean it off but no luck. instead of having this peice installed, i will have a local shop make me a custom peice instead.

Default filler

I finally got mine in. It's not really what I expected. I looks like a sheet of heat shrink plastic that has been heated to form the outline of the stereo. Pretty much "you get what you paid for"

As you received your product (within about two weeks of the time you ordered it by my calculation), this thread is closed.
