Default 2018 vs 2019

Has anyone been able to compare the 2019 changes to the 2018. I know they say changes to gearing, etc., but has anyone actually been able to report on how the changes alter the driving experience.

MSRP went up on 2019 models around $106,500 meanwhile the 2018's with around 10K miles are booking at $79K through MMR. Just go stick that $27K you will lose in depreciation in a slot machine and hope for a better outcome. I know how those McLaren owners felt after seeing their MP4 12C plummet to $150K after spending nearly $300K just 9 months prior off the showroom floor.

Default New 2019 option?

I just brought my LC in for state inspection, and noticed a 2019 on the dealer's lot with what the sticker called a carbon fiber option. I hadn't heard of it previously and from what I could see, it had a carbon fiber spoiler on the rear (not deployable) and carbon fiber in the grill. Cost for the option was $2K+ US. Sorry I couldn't get a picture.

Those are dealer-installed accessories (not factory options):
