Wheel Spacers
Does anyone know of a company that makes 6061 aluminum hubcentric wheel spacers for the LC yet? Preferably the type with studs pressed into them. I know lots of RC forum members are using them, but I haven't seen any posting yet for LCs. I'd love to try my stock forged wheels with spacers to change the offsets. One nice thing is - the stock wheels are cut out to allow the existing studs to extend into the wheels without hitting.

Go to this website and look for custom wheel spacers. Spacers do not have studs. If you want the type with studs, they are called wheel adapters. These people make custom adapters as well.

These guys are great. They made my 10mm spacers with a 5mm partial bore of the 14mm bolt holes so I could use a deeper lug. If anybody wants these (along with the hard to find longer lugs), they can have them after I get my forged wheels. Here is what 10mm looks like......not quite flush but better than stock.

I am not an expert so I am not sure which is better. The wider you go you’re probably better off with wheel adapters as opposed to adding longer bolts for the spacers. Long term I prefer to have custom forged wheels with more aggressive offsets rather than use spacers at all.
