Its absurd you can't get any off MSRP for an X5 today. Maybe your area is just hot, try shopping around other territories and states to get some discounts.

LC is a great car, Lexus is doing a $5k discount but not sure if that ended already.

I got 36 months, 12k mile lease for 1099 a month. But I also got the hybrid and there were good incentives on hybrids. 8k rebate, over 5k tax credit. Will likely buy at the end of the lease.

I bought mine a couple weeks back as a used vehicle (dealer demo). Date of Manufacture was 4/17 and they had it for awhile. MSRP was $102k, sale price was $83k. I financed taxes and all fees, no down payment and zero out of pocket. I pay $1475/month for 72 months @4.75 interest. Before I bought this I was looking to lease a new one. I did an inquiry from TrueCar and one dealer offered up to $12k off of MSRP for a lease it new. I think that was a good deal and I would have had to put some money down and could have had a lower payment but would have been stuck with the care for three years. This way I can sell it anytime I want to.
