I have noticed a wind "vibration" noise twice during highway driving. I couldn't detect from what area of the car, but I don't think it was a window. Both times it happened in a higher elevation, open area. It was very noticeable. I concluded it may have been some kind of cross-wind vibration/noise - due to the open area where higher wind is common... but that's just a guess. Only happened those 2 times.

It’s not wind noise. I know because I frequently hear what I initially thought was wind noise. It’s road noise being transmitted to the driver’s window area. To test this drive on a highway where there is both newer and older asphalt, you’ll hear the noise on the rougher sections of road but magically disappear when driving over a smooth surface. Annoying, but Lexus sacrificed that quiet “Lexus” cabin on the LC for race car like characteristics.
