New owner here -- got a dealer demo (titled new) with 6400 miles for 15% off sticker (including the 5K rebate), plus the platinum warranty (6yrs, 100K - not that I expect to need it, but I drive 15K). Quick question though: I am not seeing turn by turn navigation graphics on the HUD after I set and enter an address. I've made sure that navigation is set to "on" in the HUD settings. I see everything else (speed, cruise control, lane keep, etc). Does anyone else have the same issue or am I missing something? Thanks.
I haven't played with this too much, but I have noticed the nav graphics pop up and disappear on the HUD as needed - i.e. they appear when approaching a turning point or major intersecting area, then disappear when no alert-decisions are needed. I doubt if it makes a difference, but I have cruise control and lane assist off all the time.
Congrats on the new ride! Found a jewel! As far as the HUD, check the HUD settings in the menu on the dash. I noticed mine today by happenstance. Also, bought a demo with 2K on the dash plus markdowns and rebate.
Thanks. I did check those settings to make sure NAV was on - it is. I must just be missing the graphics at a turn. It sounds like they only pop up and fade out quickly. Been travelling but will check when I get back. Congrats on the purchase!
I've run nav several times since this post and been paying close attention at turns - still no NAV graphics showing in the HUD. The NAV setting in my HUD menu is definitely set to ON. I'll mention it to the dealer when I go in for my 10,000 mile service. Just want to make absolutely sure I am not missing anything. Everyone else here is seeing NAV info at turns in their Heads Up Display, right?
You can adjust the position up/down and tilt. I have played with that but I do not think that is it. My understanding is that the NAV arrows are supposed to show up where the speed limit sign pops up. I see that but no NAV signals at turns, etc. Will check.

Yes, I see the NAV info in my HUD as described in the owner's manual. One thing I just noticed in the manual that perhaps you might have missed(?) - There is a Warning Box on page 86 that says the engine needs to be running (or hybrid system needs to be operating) while changing the settings of the HUD.
Other than that, it sounds like you've done everything right. It doesn't appear that there are any dealer-only settings for the HUD, so you may have an unusual malfunction.
