As most of you know all the LCs ordered thus far for the US are equiped with either the Touring, Sport or Performance Packages. So in order the get an LC 500 with the base 20 inch cast aluminum wheels, which I do like, it appears that a special order would have to be placed without any of the optional packages that include these forged wheels. If I special ordered an LC 500 with a black interior and Smoky Granite exterior with only the Convenience Package, the All Weather Package and the Mark Levinson sound system, I assume it would hope it would come with the base cast aluminum wheels. But does anyone know if the headliner would be light gray or would it still be black and not alcantara? I have asked my local dealer and they cannot seem to give me an answer. Thanks.

I was wondering what colour the headliner would be too and have been unable to find a definitive answer.

Surely they wouldn't make it light grey as this would ruin the look of the interior.

The Sport model in the UK doesn't have the Alcantara so maybe someone here knows?

Honestly, seems like a LOT of waste and effort if your end game is just to get those wheels. Order the package you want and buy those wheels from the parts department. You will take a HUGE hit on resale with no options, and will have a very difficult time finding a buyer for a vehicle like that.

Today I was informed by the Sales Mgr at my local Northern Virginia Lexus dealer that the $1210 20" forged wheels are no longer a "required" option on the Touring Package. So that package can be ordered with the base cast 20" wheel. That is good news!
