Great review. The comments though are even greater. Everyone is polite and positive towards the LC. I thought I was on ClubLexus for a second lol.

I don't know how people can say that. But when you spend an hour with the vehicle and the system doesn't align with your mental model, you have to bash it. The system is way better than any others I've used.

I do admit modern vehicles and the multitude of settings have become more complex, and maybe there are too many drive settings (LKA, CTMS, PCS, etc), but you set them once or leave the defaults and never touch them again. The nav and media features are pretty straightforward.

With that said, WTF is this setting?! Searched all 3 manuals and nothing for it...

Jalopnik journalist seems like he has a pretty low IQ overall based on his review. Just my opinion of course so not worth my time critiquing all his contradictions and misconceptions

I literally just sat in a LC for about 30 minutes turning that feature on and off to see what changes and I got nowhere... if you figure it out please let me know!

Figured it out:
Convenience Services -
Suggestion messages for headlight operation and power window lock displayed on the Multi-Information Display.
On
On when stopped
Off

You figured it out, or read it (verbatim) off LPS settings?

Setting still doesn't seem make any actual differences. Never seen any messages related to headlights or power window locks ever appear regardless of what that setting is.
