Officially waiting for my allocation!
Interestingly (or maybe not
), my 2023 coupe has been sitting in a cargo container in the KC rail yard going on two weeks. It'll *eventually* get trucked over to Lexus of Wichita - about a 3 hour drive. It's been there since December 23rd. L of W says the rail yard has staffing issues and they're backed up. I've gotten "it'll be here next week" for the last 3 weeks

My wife said "why don't you just go to KC and get it?" I said if I brought $100k in a backpack, I probably could but a bit difficult to get a title. And also Sheriff Buford T. Justice following me across state lines...

My 2023 Nightfall Mica/Toasted Caramel LC 500 coupe is FINALLY at the dealer in Wichita and I will be flying up and driving it home on Monday. No dealer installed extras, no dealer wash, no tire/wheel insurance, no extended warranty. On Wednesday, it'll go in for Xpel full front PPF, Ceramic, Xpel XR+ window tint, and Slip-lo on the front underside. Will retrieve it Saturday. Pics to follow!
Optional Equipment (this was an allocation I lucked into, and I'm fine with all of these):

- All Weather Package
- Dynamic Handling Package
- Head Up Display
- Mark Levinson Audio System
- All Weather Liners with Cargo Tray
- Trunk Mat, Cargo Net, Wheel Locks & Key Gloves
awesome! your options/build is identical to mine except colors.
i love the all weather mats by the way, best i've ever had. i'm not into carpet mats. the all weather are sturdy rubber that can easily be washed.

My first post…if not the correct thread someone please just point me in the right direction.
After a lot of research and questions I ordered a 2023 LC500 coupe (Red with Carmel interior) with the Performance package (CDN) on Dec 1. This is my first Lexus and cruiser class sports car I have owned…can’t wait to get it. I understand the LC500 is manufactured on a special production line at the Motomachi plant in Japan. I was quoted 4 months ETA. Does anyone know if there’s still production delays?
Looking forward to posting some photos…someday 🙄.

I got pretty much the same extras - I love everyone one of them except the Key Covers. The key covers are too big in the pocket. I opted for Amazon covers instead. Actually bought a TPU red cover to match my interior.
Great build the Midnight Mica is very sexy.

All I ever read was do not drive at low speeds for extended period for 1000 miles. Worth the V8 higher speeds are not that bad. I locked the cruise control driving from Maryland to Alabama for all 1000 miles - It was the drive of my life.
Now at 1850 miles on the odo and loving every second of the LC.
