lexus does a good job presenting the car when picking it up new. Above pics shows similar set up at my dealer. Car is in a little glass garage room with plenty of natural lite. It is separated from sales room by doors. Its you and the salesman in this room with no outside distractions.

 

. . .well, and their Technology Team which is usually a couple of very young spiffing looking guys/girls whose fingers blur at the speed with which they set up the tech in your new car with your phone. When they did mine, it took them about a half a second, and stopped telling me where to go on my phone and what to hit, and just said in the most polite yet still agitated way of, "ok, just let me see it and I can do it. . ."
