This is Sarcasm - (explanation added for the un-enlightened )

Maybe not everyone is as skilled and perfect as you are and never make mistakes.

Why is there a need to be sarcastic?

Try this for parking skill enhancement.

I didn't say I personally have trouble parking the LC. I was just offering up an explanation of why a front camera could be important to some.

I disagree that rudeness or sarcasm is beneficial. I am fine with being witty and secure enough to laugh at myself. There is a difference.

Yep - The screen on the LS dash went from the built-In look to the Added-On look

I totally agree, Not a big fan of the "look where I velcroed my iPad" dash style that seems so prevalent now.

Tennis ball works but not every parking place has them. The front camera on my Porsche works very well and I use it all the time. The sarcasm wasn’t appreciated but I am ok with it. Some folks are just asses. The group in general is exceptional and quite helpful.

Would backing into the garage create other problems for you? I have been backing in with my RS4 for 12yrs before replacing with the LC. My house is shaped with the front having 2-3ft bump out partially blocking the garage entrance. So backing in makes pulling the car out much easier. I am still getting used to The LC with a wider track and I always worry I would clip the mirror. So it's painfully slow for me now, I have the car for 3 days only so hopefully I get better in time.

The LC500 is about 2 inches wider than your RS4 was so caution is the name of the game. You will get more comfortable as you drive it more.

Slow and steady is the way to go. You don't want to scratch your baby.

Backing the car into the garage might be a little intimidating but might be a good option. I still find it surprising that Lexus doesn’t put on a front camera on a car with such a long hood. On the cars with auto cruise control there is already a camera on the front grill.
I have never owned a Lexus of any kind but the new LC 500 has me hooked. I also own a 2019 Porsche Macan and it is a very nice car with lots of features but with Porsche you pay dearly for each item added. The LC 500 is two inches longer then the Macan which is surprising. My plan is to keep the Macan and trade in my wife’s three door Mimi Cooper on the LC..
I am going to wait to hear what if any new features are added to the LC500 in 2022. If they don’t add the front camera I will quickly try and find a 2021 on the lot and buy it. I assume I would get a good price on a new 2021 when the 2022 modes come out.

no that's a radar sensor, not a camera.

I have a double garage with 2 doors and I have to fold in my mirrors to park the LC. My motorcycle is also parked in front of the LC so I use this to keep me from damaging either

Wow - I never noticed that the upgraded head unit (and touchscreen) went from integrated to an IPAD style add on. I certainly hope they don't do that with the LC on a newer head unit - wouldn't go well with the flowing lines of the interior.

BTW....you may already know this but there is front parking sensor giving you L/R corner and Center beeps. You get the usual "graphical" 3 bars go to 2 go to 1 and increasing beep similar to the rear sensors.
