Default Wire through Firewall, need some input.

Hi All!

This is my first post, even though I have been lurking for a year. So, I bought an Armytrix exhaust, and got it installed, but i just got to the point where i need to run a wire through the firewall. I could not find anything that helps me identify a spot, after googling and searching the forums, emailing manufacturer i am at my wits end. Anyone here know how to do this, any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

So when I installed my Armytrix exhaust, my mechanic and I came across the same obstacle. The seller/exclusive distributor sent us a PDF instruction manual, but it was NO USE!

So between him and I, we tried to find it, and finally managed to do so. You'll need a friend or mechanic to help you out. You will need to go through the driver's footwell. What we did, was run a metal flexible wire (like a coat hanger) through the footwell (next to the dead pedal) towards the direction of the firewall in the engine bay area. Have one person fit the wire through the open area in the footwell into the engine bay area, and have the other person look for the wire to come out the other end. Of course, you'll have to attach the wiring from the exhaust OBD adapter to the metal wire as you're going though the firewall.

I can't say it was hard, just gotta be patient and work your way in there. See attached pictures. Hopefully that helps!
