Just put in an adapter for wireless Carplay in the LC, it works very well, total plug and play.
i think the wireless carplay adapter you got is about the size of a deck of cards isn't it? seemed rather large. so if you put that in the center console where do you put the phone?
Using satellite for music.
i can't tolerate sirius/xm a) because of commercials, and b) because the sound quality is AWFUL.
Wireless will never provide the musical fidelity that a cable can.
"never" is a long time. i have no doubt in a few years we'll have perfect lossless (or so good you can't tell anyway) wireless transmission of audio in cars and everywhere else. i'm still amazed at listening to stuff (not in the car of course) on my bose BT 700 headphones.
But so convenient for short trips, never see the phone at all. Just hop in, start the car and the Waze traffic map and satellite music come up before I’m out of the driveway.
yup, that's good. i have a 6" usb-a to usb-c cord in the car that i plug my phone into (until i get my wireless adapter) and the phone sits either awkwardly in the weird space you get when you slide the console back or in the console itself.

Replacing the subwoofer was the first modification that I made to my LC. Used the following components all hidden in a custom enclosure. Effectively making a small trunk even smaller but worth it in my opinion. The LC2i includes a volume control that is mounted under the steering wheel. It won’t impress any 17 year old bass head but it is a substantial improvement over the factory sub
I think Mark Levinson has done just about everything he can do to max out the sound potential for the LC. If you've ever heard his system in the LS, you will never be happy with what you get in the LC. The primarily problem I think, is limited space and and available air volume. There's just so much you are able to do is the LC because of these constraints....I definitely don't care for the bass reproduction in my LC.... I hate where they decided to place this subwoofer. But I assume they did the best they could due to the limited placement options. I don't think you need more power, but instead a more assessable air cavity to support this bass.
Please be sure to let us know how the custom enclosure works out for you....I will definitely consider doing anything reasonable to improve my sound. Thanks

"He"? the person mark levinson hasn't been involved for years. company was sold to harman industries which is now owned by samsung. harman/samsung is also the reason factory car audio is getting so 'same'... harman samsung owns, among many other brands: bang & olufsen, harmon kardon (of course), jbl, lexicon, mark levinson, and a dozen more.

Is Mark even still Alive??? He must have worked on my LS personally....Cause I am loving the sound HE put in that car.

Went to two shops to inquire about a shallow-depth 10” on the passenger floorboard.
Almost same exact mid-higher equipment JL Audio/Focal. $600amp, $500sub
1. High-end shop who does all of the exotics here in Scottsdale: $4k installed.
2. Mid-range shop: $2500 installed.
The difference is in the labor for the fiberglass. Massive difference in price….you get what you pay for with fiberglass guys.
Focal’s 10” requires a bit less cubic feet of airspace.
