Vehicle start-up screen customization question

I noticed that several models have that option but it appears that our model doesn't offer it. Has anyone been able to do it through a software update or something else?

I looked into it briefly after taking delivery, but gave up after not finding anything. My 2015 RX has this feature, as well as my 2015 Sienna.
