I blame this thread for jinxing me. I juat saw this thread for the 1st time today and an hour later my wife called that she'd had a blowout in her 4runner lol.

Got her home and am back at her car waiting for the tow truck. Couldnt have waited till next week when I have the LC back and could loan her my mercedes SLC?

Just occurred to me I now drive an LC and an SLC. Of course the LC is the better one!

You just need to have more cars for these scenarios! My wife won’t drive the LC, which is fine with me since she tends to eat in the vehicle (Ugg, you know what smoked salmon or an apple core smells like after several days in the car?).

 

Im thinking 3 cars for just the two of us in our financial bracket is good for now.

 

U can sell 1 car and then call Uber if needed.

 

I’m kind of hoping for that in the near future also. It would be the LC, LX and GX only at this point. The other two cars will go with the kids if/when they ever leave.

I haven’t really paid attention to your signature until you mentioned this. When was the last time anyone in your house owned something other than a Lexus?

 

It’s been many years. This current stable are all mine/wifes and we “allow” the kids to use the NX and RX (mostly because they aren’t allowed to drive the other 3). They will probably keep them since one is headed to College in the fall and one is headed for her PHD in the fall. We’ve had multiple RXL’s, RX’s, a GX, an ES and an IS250C. Hopefully we are done at the moment, don’t see much in the Lexus future we would be interested in (maybe if they make the IS SportCross Wagon).

Lexus should send me a badge or something!
