Default 12.3” screen aspect ratio for screen protector

Hello, I am looking for a screen protector for 24MY 12.3” screen. I couldn’t find any custom made for sale online. One found on e-Bay has negative reviews. Does anyone know what is the aspect ratio of the screen so that I can figure out a protector from other cars having 12.3” screen. Found Honda Accord screen has 16:6 ratio and Hyundai Palisade has 16:9 ratio. Not sure which one would fit. Any help is appreciated.

My PPF installer used the XPEL Paint Protection Film Pre-Cut Kit:

No issues. My PPF installer had the car right away, so I can't compare to not having it.
Another benefit is that it's a matte finish, so no glare.

The PPF installer creates individual PPF pieces as desired with a plotter using preset cutting data. My installer only made the display screen film for my dash area. The other pieces shown in the XPEL kit cover the trim surrounding the HVAC controls and elsewhere.

Gotcha. Thanks for the link, I bought the pre cut kit from the link... $30 is pretty cheap. I'll just install myself, I've done slip solution overlay installs before so should be straight forward. May not use the other bits but we'll see.

Glare is not a huge issue even without it but I'm interested in the matte finish to protect and result in hopefully fewer fingerprintsp@NickL I'll let you know if this solves the fingerprint annoyance.

I tried to buy the pre-cut exterior door handle kit and was told I had to be an authorized dealer to purchase it. Maybe it was that particular kit or I was given the wrong information.

My installer did promote the fact that there would be much less visible fingerprints, and thus far I concur. Be sure to confirm that you are in fact getting a matte finish, if that's what you want, as the kit doesn't specifically state that as the default finish.

I tried the precut sticker film on eBay and it was a waste of money. The cut wasn’t even smooth. You can see that it was hand cut. I didn’t even bother installing it.

I might try this PPF but PPF has a “sticky” feel to it. I’m not sure how I would like it. Maybe ceramic coat it lol.

I think my main concern with the PPF on the screen is the removal of it when it’s time.
PPF is pretty hard to remove on the paint. I’m just worried about damaging the screen after removal. I mean the screen might just lift off.

Great tip! I just called them and they said they already cut and sent the order for shipping with the default gloss film. They can do it as matte but you have to request that right after ordering before they cut it I guess.

A+++ for xpel customer service tho as they put in a replacement order at no cost in the matte film as well, so I will get both. If anybody wants the clear/gloss kit let me know and I'll mail it to you just venmo me $5 for the USPS flat rate postage.

Found that 2024 Honda Accord and Hyundai Palisade also have 12.3". Able to determine that the Accord screen is 16:9 aspect ratio. No info on Palisade screen's aspect ratio. Took a risk and ordered the Accord specific screen protector from Amazon. The protector does not cover the entire LC500's screen but covers the touch area well with probably 1/2" addition on all sides. Happy with it.

Amazon Amazon

It has edge cuts on 2 sides and perpendicular cuts on other two sides. So oriented to have the edge cuts on the top side but that means the backing needs to be peeled off from top left which was little hard. Otherwise install was very easy.
