Cool Brake Caliper Covers?

Hello all,

I recently purchased this LC about ~3 months ago and have recently wanted to customize it a bit. Does anyone have caliper covers installed? What has been your experience?

If caliper covers are a good (and cheaper) option compared to new brake calipers, what color do you all think would look best? Stuck between Red and highlighter green (think 918 spyder color).

Do are you referring to bolt on thin covers? Just be careful because you may have clearance issues with the wheels especially in the front. Also, the covers may hamper airflow and just bake brake dusk on behind it. I think they look cheap :/ sorry. Haha

I just painted mine and several on here have done the same with G2 brake enamel.

I would think painting or powdercoating OEM calipers would look far better than caliper covers.

Just my opinion but I find caliper covers to be extremely tacky looking, never looked good to me.

Just paint or powder coat them, don't bother with covers. Covers look cheap and may even reduce functionality by trapping heat from your brakes

Don't do it. The clips that fasten to the caliper are really cheap and bend easily. One of my clips completely failed and gouged my front driver's rotor. DM me for the brand I'm referring to, as I'm not sure I should mention them on the wide.

Covers usually don't show any details since they are flat and have no features.

Paint it. G2 or other options. I have a post with the shopping list when I did my GS calipers

usually caliper covers are for cars that dont have a big brake, which the Lexus does.... Just get the calipers Powdercoated, painted or wrapped.
